Practice: Passion Project and Internship
One of the unique features of the MPA program is the Passion Project — an opportunity for students to apply their theoretical knowledge and skills while gaining hands-on experience. Passion Projects are student-led, policy-oriented capstone projects. Teams of students work together throughout the program for clients around the world to address challenges, identify opportunities, and/or conduct research on a pressing social question. Students complete a required summer internship between the first and second years of the MPA program. Internships last a minimum of six weeks and provide students with substantive policy-related experience. Students can perform their internships with any organization in the world.
Eligibility
The scholarships are open to holders of an undergraduate degree.
